Astral experience
I awoke in my bed with sleep paralysis but everything was calm and silent. I felt full control of my extremities. I lifted my arm and saw it to be grayish color with wring circles going around it. I felt full control that all i had to do was leave my body. I got out half way but still didnt follow through. Calming yet amusing/scary experience.
