I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, dear Forever Girl.
My understanding is that the soul attaches itself at the moment of conception.
I have nothing to suggest on the sex of your child, but I have no doubt that your little one lives on in spirit.
I would recommend a classic work of spiritualist literature 'When a Child Dies' by Sylvia Barbanell.
I believe it will be a source of strength and comfort to you.
