Correct Disposal of Unwanted Chinese Figurines

Hello,
I wonder please if someone might be able to help me with my query. I will describe the situation:

A few years ago I acquired a set of Chinese Terracotta Warrior figurines made from the same clay from the same area in China as the famous life-sized statues. Initially we put these out on display on top of a bookshelf in our home but after only a few days I took them down and stuck them back in their box. My wife and I discovered after sharing our thoughts that we both had uneasy feelings about them. Personally I felt that when I was walking near and sensing them out of the corner of my eye that they (although not actually moving or making any audible sound) somehow gave me the impression they were in discussion with each other and in a very menacing way - as if plotting against us! Well, we had them in the loft for years. I recently brought them down to look at again and thinking possibly to sell on ebay, however upon overcoming a subtle but insistent inner voice that was warning me just before opening the box, I took out one of the figures and my back suddenly ran cold and I could not look at the figure for long as I was overcome with the same feelings of foreboding as I had had years before.

Now, I really think it is a good idea that I remove them from our home and dispose of them somehow. I am not worried particularly about getting money for them and I rather believe I should be concerned about passing on the 'problem' to another, caveat emptor notwithstanding!

I am interested please to hear your thoughts, especially from those with specific knowledge or experience of these things or who have ideas as to where I might find help with this, as to what would be the best course of action including possible dangers and consequences. Should I burn them, bury them, throw them out with the rubbish?

Please help me with deciding on the best course of action.

Many Thanks In Advance,
HonestSeeker
