I'm not in the best shape, I'm overweight and in turn I'm not as healthy as I could be . I did a spread for how my health would be if I changed my lifestyle. I got 4 of wands, which seems really good and healthy but then I got the tower, judgement and as overall insight I got 7 of swords. I even thought the tower could be shedding weight and actually doing it cause I've tried so many times before with never sticking to it I didn't intend for the cards to be in order of what happens just a general cenus. Judgement mean new lease on life? But 7 of swords ?
