Feta and roast garlic spread

Thought I would share this with you, it is one I make myself and is very popular.

I hope I havent forgotten anythig here.

Ingredients.

Garlic cloves (as many as you like)

Block of Morrissons own basic feta style cheese. or similar.

Toasted Sesame Oil

Herbs and some dried crushed chili

Break up the garlic bulbs and roast, I do mine on the Foreman grill, while they are roasting drain and cube the cheese, put it in a tub and pour on some sesame oil , I use about three or four big spoonfulls or more, throw the chilis and dried herbs in , when the garlics roasted peel it and add it to the mix, then blend until creamy.

Put in a jar and keep it in the fridge, it doesnt keep a reat deal of time I dont think.Perhaps a week tops, but it'll be gone by then
