I remember many moons ago I used to go on a site it doesn't exist now I had many Native friends on there. one was going through a tough time I told her to watch for the crow Knocking on her window it would be me.
within minutes she contacted me and said the crow was sitting by her window.
but when I meditate I only see the golden eagle and the wolf standing with me,
