I like to go on little inner journeys with stones. Rather than place them in certain positions, I look at them and let my imagination flow. Or just sit quietly holding them and let my mind do what it wants.
If it wants to start mentally writing the next food shopping list, I'll gently push those thoughts away and look at the crystal to see what appears.
