This God that you experience here, just find ways to better get in touch with it. If this involves studying different religions and seeing which ones bring you into the closest communion with this (I do this!), then that is one path that works. The important things is that you know in your heart, from what you described, what God "feels" like. Some religious concepts can help you to understand more aspects of God, but NEVER let religious concepts turn you against what you know to be true in your own heart.
