[Roses Are Red]

So yesterday I did a very simple un crossing bath, then a few hours later I got really mad for no reason, like things from the past that hurt me was popping up in my head and was really making me angry. Then today I'm fine you know everything is normal and chipper.

But at midnight I went outside. I killed a bug that was on my door. And proceeded to plant a couple of mint plants, I was waiting for the neighbors to go to sleep so nobody interrupts me. I planted them right in front of my door/garden area. I have other mint plants and all sorts of plans in front of my door.

Then after five minutes of doing that I came inside locked the door went to the restroom and noticed three scratch marks big marks on my chest. I woke my mother and said what's this on my chest before she said no and I freaked out. I didn't do it myself. Then I burned some sage to cleanse myself and the front door.

Do you guys think it was because I did the uncrossing bath? It was a simple bath spell. To remove a negative attachment. Maybe whatever got detached is upset now ?
