Hello,

As the title says, in order to reach the Spiritual Illumination first I should balance all the chakras. I know and understand that this can take a very long period (years maybe), so I want to start doing so.

My intention is just balancing the chakras one by one, beginning to the root and ending with the top. So, my question is, can I reach this objective just doing meditation, or should I do something else?
