I’m currently studying for a bachelor degree in natural sciences, at the end of my first “module” I will have to specialise. I’m just pondering if any of the sciences give you a sense of spirituality and wonder whilst working ? I’m very drawn to the biological at the moment, possibly due to the fact that a lot of the material is being presented by David Attenborough at the moment 
My main question is anyone here a scientist or working in the science fields and finding that their job/field also fulfills them spiritually ?

Hameroff and Penrose have discovered that the brain has microtubules that are quantum capable. While Penrose - a Nobel Prize winner - has no interest in Spirituality or religion, Hameroff certainly has. Wouldn't it be fun if a study of those microtubules could answer so many Spiritual questions, like what is God and do we create our own realities?
Nassim Haramein also believes that Spirituality is the science we don't yet understand, and he's doing some pretty ground-breaking work.
Other than the Einstein quotes, I think Max Planck was talking about God when he referred to the intelligence behind the Universe, Nikolai Tesla was openly Spiritual and said that science should study the non-physical and on it goes. The issues aren't so much between science and Spirituality or religion, but more between Spirituality or science versus everything else.
