I was curious but sceptical and thus very surprised when the picture of myself as a (male) martial arts instructor at a monastery, popped up. It was vague but I saw myself wearing a kind of karategi and I was outside. (Kinda cool, I thought; I wonder what lessons I'd chosen for that life? [1])

[1] During regression, ask "what is the life lesson for this life?" You'll get a one or two word answer popping up in your mind.
Sometimes, if you ask this question during the earlier part of that past life you might not get an answer, but if during the same past life you move your focus toward its end, and ask again, you'll get the answer.
