Complete neophyte here, but I did a guided past life regression self-hypnosis session just a few weeks back. It was by Michael Sealey, a hypnotist I like and trust. I was curious but sceptical and thus
very surprised when the picture of myself as a (male) martial arts instructor at a monastery, popped up. It was vague but I saw myself wearing a kind of karategi and I was outside. (Kinda cool, I thought; I wonder what lessons I'd chosen for that life?)
