I think I really should seek medical help in some way but I have no medical insurance so I'm not sure how to go about this--a friend suggested acupuncture and said I wouldn't need insurance for it but even then I need to wait a week for a paycheck :/

I hope it's not serious! probably a pinched nerve or something-it is feeling worse every day :(
