Some years ago, I was sitting on the condo deck chatting with a male friend in his 70s. He was always very vibrant and fun to be with. I felt a dark shadow standing behind him which I KNEW was the Angel of Death.

Found out not long after that he had cancer. He died a few months later.

When I was pregnant with my son, my due date was Jan. 21st. New Years Eve I started getting pains, not very bad so I was not aware I was going into labor. Lay down on my bed for awhile in the dark and saw my father's face very clearly. Found out later that he passed away between 6:30 and 7:30 pm, which was the time I was aware of him.

My son was born at 1 am. He looks like my Dad and apparently their souls passed each other that night.

I would prefer NOT to know when someone I love will be passing. Like another poster, I am very protective of my husband and adult children (overprotective).....
