First of all ethics requires us to ask whether or not you are a minor or of age. I will assume the later.
What I will tell you is true. There are no such things as demons or evil spirits or devils or anything else like them. All those things are the result of humanity's fearful ignorance. Believe it. It's true. If a religious practitioner or a psychic tells you otherwise don't believe them. You are not possessed. Believe me.
The brain is a body part like so many others and can be damaged to the point where it malfunctions. Although telepathy is real, we humans are naturally telepathic, hearing voices is nothing to do with outside entities.
The law requires that anyone who diagnoses must be licensed by the state. I am not. I can safely tell you what you should already know and that is that if you knowingly hurt yourself in the way you describe it is reasonable to expect negative results.
Please seek help, not for drug use but for the underlying condition, the reason for it. Discover the cause of the desire to use drugs and eliminate it.
To answer your questions... No the human soul cannot go to hell. There is no hell. After death, regardless of the circumstances, the energy that is the personality leaves the body and returns to the soul where it is assimilated. Do not fear hell because it doesn't exist and do not listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. They are ignorant.
And, once again, get the idea of possession out of your head. Such things do not happen. Anyone who attempts to tell you otherwise is spiritually immature and beguiled.
