Hi Greg! I have battled depression and anxiety myself and I will tell you the best remedy of what works for me is by spending time in nature. Nature has healing properties. Try different parks in your area preferably where there are lots of trees and see which park you are comfortable with and then frequent it as much as you can. Sit near or under a tree and read a book or magazine while you're at it. Or if you feel like it, take a stroll through nature for some exercise. As long as you're in a nature setting, then it will work. Because being in nature is sacred, try to avoid using any electronic devices unless for emergency. The trees will absorb any negative energies from your aura and can even send you healing if you ask for it. You will feel a difference after you leave the park. You may feel revitalized, have more energy, more clarity, feel more positive, and may even sleep better. Try it.
