Oh weird. I was unwell recently with something physical but it was creating anxiety-like symptoms sometimes (racing heart/palpitations/air hunger and shakiness.) I found peppermint and licorice tea was very calming and I also added a camomile teabag to the mix. That did definitely help me.
Lemon Balm was useful too.
Both Peppermint and Licorice are soothing with anti-inflammatory properties. But anyone with high blood pressure should be careful with Licorice.
