Well it would make sense if I came into contact with my higher self, earlier in the day I was actually trying to connect with my higher self, I saw this figure at work later in the day, I went to the bathroom and felt the need to relax a bit, and focused on my brow chakra and then noticed this figure come into focus, I could have felt warm and happy because of just basically having that deeper sense of self - awareness.
