Meditation Experiment - Please join in

Hypothesis:
5-10 minutes of mantra meditation per day has a significant effect on our consciousness. Which we should be able to feel 'subtley' within our daily activities.


Experiment:
Wake up 5 or 10 minutes earlier than normal, and after washing/waking up etc... sit down in a quiet place without any other disturbances. You don't have to sit cross-legged, just make sure you're comfortable, ideally with your back straight.

Then sofly repeat the below mantra to yourself, and try to concentrate on the sound of the names. There is no need to understand the meaning of the mantra, just say it with an open heart. After 5-10 mins, or when you come to a natural conclusion just stop and carry on with the rest of you day as usual.

If you can manage to do this each day just for a few minutes, then after 7 days you should be feeling some sort of significant difference. It can happen faster in some people than in others.

THE MANTRA
The three words of the mantra are pronounced 'har-ray', 'krish-na' and 'rar-m' respectively:

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna,
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare,
Hare Rama Hare Rama,
Rama Rama Hare Hare.
