Yet the mind seeks to try and understand those direct experience(s) by using some form of mental construct to relate to in order to achieve those direct experiences again whenever 'reality' gets in the way.

why I love Shiva as His Puranic Leela (Ancient Divine Mithya), as well as The Cosmic consciousness known as Bhairava/Brahman - call it 'nostalgia'.
One inevitably leads to the other though...it always does, but I don't care...it just works this way...
