I heard someone say everything is mind. It made a lot of sense. So maybe it is about quality of Mind. Quality of set illusion. One idea is that we are all one, that everything is part of us... and we part of it. Then such a thing as karuna becomes a practice of loving all. When you are and no longer seek then you are at peace. No longer seek yourself it is. Allowance, appreciation, meditation, yoga, qi Gong... the world is full of ways of being you... painting, playing music... you are not limited... you are free... maybe start with loving the mind and ego?
