I've been thought-broadcasting non-stop for more than 7 years. I know how you feel. Making yourself open is not a bad thing, that is one thing I learned. I've been spiritually growing over the past year, like unbelievable progress for some reason, but I am still thought-broadcasting. The first two years were hard, but I've learned to accept it. You can't hide secrets from "Entities" anyways, so there is no reason to be afraid of thought-broadcasting.
