It's unfortunate you have to deal with that Lynn - thank you for your dedicated work.
I imagine the reason some of those letters are harsh is because that is the only course of action they can take short of expensive litigation. It is probably the best way for them to get other third parties to take action with a looming -- albeit hallow, threat. But - you have to do what you got to do. I don't envy the position you find yourself in. Again - thank you.
