I sometimes feel spinning in certain areas of my body. At first I thought I was vibrating and then when I relaxed into it I could feel more of a specific point and that it was spinning. This happened at the base of my spine, or maybe a little below that. This has happened around the area where my heart is and has also happened in my head and if I can remember rightly I would also say that I can sometimes remember this spinning feeling going on in the energy above my head.
Unrelated I recently had a reading where these specific charkras came through in the cards which if I'm honest is a huge synchronicity and this fills me with so much joy ^_^.
I'm not saying that what I have been feeling IS my chakras however my experiences are becoming more frequent or at least they're becoming more a part of my awareness and they can be related to my chakras.
From this point I am now choosing to be aware of my emotions when I have these feelings so that maybe I can learn if they relate to states of my spiritual development or whatever.
The feelings don't ever cause pain and their isnt any reason for me to be concerned about my health as I take care of myself well. (Don't mind a treat every so often and I am currently on holiday haha)
As always I'm keen to learn more about myself and wonder if others experience similar feelings if not the same if I have described well enough which I believe I have.
I must say that when I can feel these 'spinnings' I am either intensely relaxed and calm or am sometimes with another person where I would say we are being our genuine selves and here, I am still usually relaxed and comfortable around the people as I surround myself with good vibrations :)
