Hi everyone!

I was wondering what kind of shielding practices do you all do and how well do they work for you??

I have had trouble with not being shielded enough throughout my life. I have tried many different techniques but still pick stuff up from others and are susceptible to random energies.

I have been told I am too open. I have been told my back is wide open. I have also been told that I need extra strength shielding measures! lol
