Its a good video to listen to and pay attention to, This guy is a system engineer in a time where there was few of them around which lead him to have a bit more access then normal for his rank. Which is not uncommon. Computer admins even in corporations get all the keys ... so to say since the heads have no idea how to operate their own equipment most of the time... They just demand it :P
This a bit on Paranormal that he talks in the beginning, however the major brunt of it is dealing with a task that the government manufactured microchips that was made to be implanted into human beings... and that these billions of chips then fell off from existence afterward including the false company that was setup to make them.
He even goes over in great detail how this system works using capitalism as ploy to create "Private" entities for tasks then systematically dump these entities back off after the use is no longer there.
I find it kinda interesting how the treasury manages to pop into areas for detailed information to run back off to the Federal Reserve with it ......
