I've had this happen maybe three times in the past with a deceased loved one. Most recently, this happened about a month ago where a loved one appeared in my room at night time while I slept. I was completely asleep...I always face the door way from my bed side, and it must have been around 2am maybe...but I recalled opening my eyes for a second and saw them standing by door. Nothing was said, but I smiled at them and felt a mutual feeling of peace and love...it was like I immediately recognized the purpose of their visit...I knew they wanted to see me.. I hope that when we have such visitations, that it's actually them and not another entity misguiding us..
