i find i've enough to keep me occupied in this life without worrying too much about any past ones i may or may not have had, and while i'm not for one minute 'knocking ' anyone who has found knowledge of a past life useful, it is also important to note regression etc can have it's downside too, like anything else imo (i'm rambling again)
