I eat a pretty balanced diet with lots of raw veg and fruit included although crisps are my guilty pleasure lol..

But the situation is due to the depleted soil used to grow produce even if we ate purely 'organic' food nutritional experts suggest you still need in the very least a basic Mulitvitamin . Also Vitamin D deficiency is becoming more and more prevalent, especially in the Uk where we are not blessed with much sun

I started taking a Multivitamin and Mineral boost capsule and also a VitaminD3 1000IU capsule daily for the last 8 months now and I cannot believe the difference in the condition of my skin, hair and nails.
