I'm more of a feelings kind of person and have no definitive answers to anything
but imagine that everything including the nature of our souls is all energy which originates from the same source... so I do not see why Jesus would be any exception and would say that yes - he bad a soul expression as a spark from that source. I think he would have had a soul, a personality and an energetic system which was a clear vessel for spirit... all aspects which would have been intergrated and in balance as a living example for how we can all be.
