I remembered that the meditation is purely to help you get the feel of nothingness, it's not one of the rules. So actually, it doesn't matter which way round you do it. What matters is you get a better feel of nothingness/somethingness over time (and even better, getting a feel of BEING nothing). Either way, in the end liberation will occur.
