help me figure out what it was
I am requesting help to figure out an experience. September 2nd (2019) I was laying on the couch relaxing (not asleep) and all of a sudden I felt what I can only describe as a sonic boom in my chest and rippled throughout my body and out of my extremities. It was amazing... and scary (only when I tried to see it as a health issue and not energy). I am 49 and never felt anything close to that. Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or could explain what I felt.
