I don't know if this helps, I began researching clairaudio as I heard a voice of a friend. Anyway I want to repeat or develop the ability now I know its there, yesterday found a website that recommends practising listening quietly to the earths sounds, realise how much you block out without thinking about it. and asking the question what else am I blocking, not hearing. not tried it yet though. maybe Ill give it a go tonight, sounds like it needs to be developed, ie not instant results.
