I’ve been practicing but I don’t know what it is or what I’m doing. All I know is that I was meditating moving my hands around my body and I felt heat coming from them. I’ve been posting a lot of my curiosities recently and I’m very spiritual but I’ve hit that bump in my journey where I’ve come across some negative entities and would like some help.
