Based on that and what you previously posted "My heart in particular has always been a big issue, it's been very badly damaged and appears to have suffered a lot of trauma" it might not be a bad idea to get a physical as a precautionary measure.

I'm not trying to worry you and it's probably nothing but it's a good idea to be certain.
