In the dark I see lots of really small sparkly lights like you described. It looks like I'm viewing the universe because there is other larger shapes too but they dont resemble planets or anything, they are like blobs but the shiny star-like shapes in the dark makes it look like I'm outside looking up at a very starry night sky. I also see floats like the ones you described tho as well. Usually in the daytime I see them.
