I wonder if climate has any direct or indirect influence to the body during a Kundalini periods. I live in Florida now were there are super hot temperatures, wondering if the climate would made my experience different. So many questions! You would think I would have done more research. I think the phenomena was too intense for me, I would rather not re live it again.

Interesting!
It's definitely not a fun feeling to wake up in a puddle of sweat. Oddly enough my body for the past 2 months has been in overdrive sweating no matter how much exercise I put in. If i get a shower, my sweat glands dont stop for two hours. I've tried taking a cold shower near the end, but it's just how I'm wired for now I suppose. Being in the mid atlantic of the US, I'd end up with the same thing when the weather changed from fall to winter and my body hadn't switched over yet. But we're now in February and it's still going, the good thing is I don't smell, as its all just water
