Fear can stop us from Projecting into our Astral body ~
So too can Excitement!
Anything which holds our FOCUS to the World will prevent us .........
To face fear ...... we can focus our INTENTION of DIVINE PROTECTION and TRUST !
To face excitement ...... we can do the same ~ TRUSTING the EXPERIENCE to the Higher Divine Powers we activate with proper INTENTION ~ "Guide me!! i surrender the experience to the DIVINE!"
And so it is ~~~~~
then you will just drift into the experience naturally ~
