My chiropractor has just emigrated. I'm bereft. He really helped me a lot - at the beginning much pain, twice-weekly sessions but more recently it was once a month.
Finding the right practitioner can be a nightmare.
I need ongoing treatment, the discs are slipped and will never "unslip" and so it is a case of management.
