This makes me think the emotions would absolutely be attached to the blind person's environment/surroundings at the time. When they ask about something, the person answering is as descriptive as possible, so imagine they were having a picnic in the park. The blind person would ask their friend to describe something to them, say, the kids kicking a red ball...maybe their friend would describe the ball being kicked so hard it's like a ball of fire flying through the air. The blind person has probably felt the heat of flames before, and associates the color red with heat. They will also associate red with air and the feelings during the moment at the park. Does that make sense? That's what it means to me when you ask about subjective beauty in relations to the blind :)
