Having seen several questions or requests for help from you on the forums today, I would strongly recommend giving us something we can actually work with, rather than continue to post one-liners that are pretty much devoid of useful information.
What are these "abilities" you're having a hard time with? What do you need help with? We're not mind-readers, here; if you want help, you have to help us by giving us something to work with.
