You only will be able to tell if this man is your Twin Flame. Personally I've met mine a long time ago, so it was never through dreams. But, as it have been said, yes dreams are often guiding you. What I'd add to this is, let yourself be !

In other words, don't think about it, and go back to your life. It will happen in due time, so just be yourself (trust that this is the biggest favor you can do to yourself).
