Janielee hello...I studied and practiced for many years. And I will always use mind in service to awakened heart. These are my insightful and reflective observations made from that perspective, and TBH I find comments such as yours to be not wholly conducive to a deeper discussion of these insights.
But that's alright as we all are wherever we are.
