I personally define enlightenment as feeling better than I did before, previously or in the past. I feel when we feel enlightened we feel lighter and less burdened by any heavy sorrows, pain or sadness within our souls, more closer to love, lightness and all that is good - shifting away or out of the dark. Just generally becoming closer and more truer to ourselves than ever before
