StoremNexus - I don't particularly like exercising myself, but there is a saying I keep in the forefront of my mind that keeps me going. It is this: "If you think exercising isn't doing anything for you, just stop and see what happens." It motivates me because I don't exercise to get into shape; I exercise to maintain good health such as cardiovascular, bone density, muscle strength and flexibility.
