I've never been into it, but I think that other objects can be used besides the mirror that you presently own. A bowl of water, a puddle of water, the ocean, a pond, anything. You don't have to depend on one object. How old is your brother (the one with the grubby little paws, lol)? Maybe he's just curious, although he could be curious AND a brat, lol. I had 2 older half brothers growing up ~ one was a sweetheart to me and the other we had some rivalry going on there. Oh and who's in charge you or the 'house ghost'? Just curious.
