With love.. that includes loving oneself too, so you need to look after yourself. Our first responsibility is to love ourselves, it is only then will we have the energy and be able to really love others too and take care of them as well.
Love doesnt mean being a door mat for others or letting others disrespect you or treat you poorly (that isnt loving yourself). You are deserving too!
