For around 2 years I had my sleeping times very wrecked. I slept around 4 or 4 am, and woke up at 11 am.
I wasn't able to sleep at 3 am to 4 am mostly because I felt afraid of that hour. It was an hour that I felt very uneasy (although I'm not a psychic).
Also, before having that problem, I used to have bad sleep paralysis episodes, almost always at 3 am , specially at 3:33 am .
Right know I have my issues in life controlled, and I know sleep at 12:00 am and wake up at 8 am . No more sleep paralysis .
