As we expand our consciousness energetic refuse arises from deep within that is no longer compatible w/ our increased frequency. This can be from a multitude of past issues- traumas of all kinds, fear, doubt, unproductive beliefs. This clearing of our energy field occurs multiple times in our energetic/spiritual progress & is an expected productive part of our growth.

Give self a hearty congratulations as this step wouldn't be occurring if you hadn't successfully raised your awareness. Deliberately move this old energetic refuse out of your energy field as it arises. It can be forcefully ejected or gently released. Either method is equally effective. A visualization of your choice can be used to accompany its exit if desired. It can be sent back up to the Universe to be reprocessed via Higher Self.


Remove this debris in a matter-of-fact distanced manner w/o reconnecting w/ the actual experience or energy. Just observe it. To re-experience or reconnect w/ the energy is to tie back into the old unproductive energy pattern. Simply recognize that that this energetic debris was once part of self’s learning experience & is no longer needed or useful. We can honor that it was part of our growth process or simply toss it out like old kitchen garbage that has served its purpose!

Resist unproductively criticizing self during this process even if the energetic debris being released was self generated. We all live & learn in our journey. The objective is to improve self & learn, not to relive ancient history. 
As we continue to expand our consciousness successive levels of energetic debris will be accessed. This can be startling if we don’t expect it & is sometimes misinterpreted as regression or being attacked by negative energies. It is neither. It’s substantial progress. Once we know that this is a natural & expected part of raising our frequency we can deal w/ it easily. We access another level of energetic debris because we’ve completed sufficient personal growth to deal w/ it. TRUST that you will be capable of handling this & soooooo much more. Energy management techniques such as this are as necessary for our nonphysical body as physical hygiene is for our physical self.

KNOW that this is a natural part of expanding our consciousness. Processing this old energetic refuse may not be our favorite part of the process, but is necessary to clear our energies so we can safely hold higher frequencies. It’s part of moving through 4D. To ignore this old energetic refuse, stuff it back down, or assume it will somehow dissipate on its own will only result in it continuing to reemerge until we finally deliberately deal w/ it.
 
We can remove this old energetic debris & routinely clear our energy field. 3 useful energetic techniques can be combined, connecting w/ HS, grounding, & releasing/ejecting as a full energy loop. These can be done nearly as quickly as one. Pull down HS' pure energy through the crown & body, anchoring at the center of the earth. Pull back up the planet's strength combined w/ HS' energy & your focused intent to escort any energetic refuse or energies in your personal energy field that you don't desire back to HS to be reprocessed.

To add to this, complete it w/ sending thanks back to the Universe. This is useful energetically as giving energy back to the Universe is our functioning as mature co-creators, creating full energy loops. It moves us from being just energy takers into being in full partners w/ the Universe.
